The acquisition broadens ICR’s portfolio of repair and maintenance services and adds new international markets. Specialising in weldless repairs, Quickflange is a leading provider of connection solutions for improved pipe integrity and flow assurance.
Quickflange is headquartered in Stavanger and has operations in Tvedestrand (Norway), UK, Brazil and Dubai. The company has 40 employees and a turnover of £10 million.
