Graphite Capital has sold its shareholding in Nurture Landscapes, the leading leading provider of grounds maintenance, landscape construction and gritting services, as part of a buy-out of the company backed by All Seas Capital.
Graphite completed a replacement capital investment in Nurture in 2018 and, over the past five years, has supported organic expansion and acquisitions in the highly fragmented grounds maintenance and landscaping market.
