Graphite Capital sells National Fostering Agency

Graphite Capital has sold its majority shareholding in National Fostering Agency (NFA) as part of a management buy-out backed by Stirling Square Capital Partners. NFA is the UK’s largest independent fostering agency with 16 offices nationwide, supporting nearly 2,100 foster families. The existing management team will continue to lead the company following this transaction.
