Hawksmoor joins a global community of businesses audited and proven to meet high environmental and social standards, accountability, and transparency. And it is a high bar – as far as we know no other UK restaurant group has achieved it.”
Under Graphite’s ownership, Hawksmoor has more than doubled the number of its highly successful premium steak restaurants in London and the UK regions. In 2021, the first international Hawksmoor opened to critical acclaim in New York.
