Opus Talent Solutions (“Opus”) focuses on recruiting specialist individuals for the technology and renewable energy sectors across global markets which have strong long-term growth drivers. It also has a growing technology academy which identifies and trains talented individuals, predominantly from non-technology backgrounds as well as retraining members of its clients’ existing workforces. ESG and DE&I are embedded within the company’s culture and business model, evidenced by Opus’s focus on sourcing candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds with a strong emphasis on helping solve its clients’ diversity issues. Opus provides temporary and permanent staff to over 1,000 clients in over 50 countries, from start-ups to large blue-chip corporations. It has a global footprint, employing over 250 staff across eight offices in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US.
