May joined Graphite Capital in 2020 and has since been working on a variety of transactions across multiple sectors.
She previously worked at CDC Group, the UK’s development finance institution, focusing on equity transactions in the financial services sector. Prior to this, she was in the M&A team at RBC Capital Markets. May holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School.
